Tioga opened the first few minutes going toe-to-toe with Parshall in the quarterfinal round of the Region 8 boys’ basketball tournament at Williston State College, but the District 15 champion Braves used a 16-9 second quarter to open up the tight start and beat the Pirates 66-42.
