If you’re going to lose your home to a fire, Deb Moe has learned, there may be no better place to suffer through it than in northwest North Dakota.
When a March 29 blaze destroyed all of their possessions and took the life of a beloved pet, Deb said, she and her husband, Wade, and their grandson, Dylan, found themselves without a home -- but also with much to be thankful for.
“The support from everyone is just unbelievable,” Deb said.
As hard as it is to lose all of your property, “The hardest thing is letting people help you.”
