Patch pickup draws a crowd

They teamed up to clean up.

Employees from Murex Petroleum and Oneok Natural Gas spent Wednesday last week collecting trash from ditches along area highways on the west side of Crosby.

At the same time, students in grades 7-12 from Divide County High School, attacked the ditches on the southeast side of town.

Their collective effort, known as “Pick Up the Patch,” is an initiative begun by the North Dakota Petroleum Council in 2012.
