New Pioneer Village building dates back to early Crosby days

Volunteers at Pioneer Village recently moved the original airport office onto the property.

Sitting unused since the airport authority build a new office a few years ago, local historian Danny Hansen said he’s glad the airport authority donated the building rather than raze it.

“I’ve waited two years to get it in here,” he said. 

Hansen said, originally, the building served as the office of the now-defunct Crosby Flour Mill.
