Letter prompts discussion of HR policies for Divide County

A letter from a former county employee is raising questions about activities at the county shop -- and also about how such grievances by employees should be handled.

In more populous areas, workplace grievances might be directed to a human resources (HR) department.

Divide County doesn’t have an HR department.

That’s why County Commissioner Gerald Brady and State’s Attorney Seymour Jordan recently met with individual employees at the county shop.
